Car insurance BEST By Miles!

Staff have always been friendly, polite and helpful, and what a surprise on being out of lockdown, to do a trip over 220miles to find I only pay for the first 150miles! Excellent value. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

It bribes people to vote in awards! This competition is rendered meaningless

It isn't a bad company and seems to have a wider than usual range in quality of employees: some very good and some appalling. However it paying a financial inducement- doing it by a ballot is as bad as outright payment- to its customers to vote in an award shows firstly how meaningless the award is (in any case does anyone take out insurance because a company has an award) and how companies, this one may not be alone in it, cheat in them Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

Great insurance experience and you save money!

Switched to By Miles last November and not had any issues and saved money during lockdowns as I was only paying when I used the car. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

Hassle-free and cost-effective

I drive a few hundred miles per year and my policy is excellent for this, far more reasonable than the big insurers, and my premium was reduced even after one year. Awesome! Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

For low mileage driving, ByMiles beat the completion by miles.

Best car insurance company in the UK

By miles is fantastic, affordable comprehensive cover, excellent customer service and very easy to set up. The phone app is brilliant and lets me know exactly how many miles I've travelled that month, and tells me how much my insurance will cost so theres never any unpleasant surprises. no hassle

The app is really useful !

It’s great to use the app and see how much your mileage costs but the app takes a while to load and connect to the machine in the car! The customer service was good but was a bit generic at times! And the video to locate the plug in the car was not totally coherent with my car and it took a long time to find .. the company suggested taking it to a garage , but since that would take longer and cost money , luckily they allowed me some extra time to ask friends and family to help locate the plug and all was fine.
