Pay for what you use ? Sign me up.

Right, here we go. There's companies out there that pay for miles you use. Companies I rather not list for publicity purposes. So far, Miles has set out to achieve what other companies have yet to realise. Customer satisfaction. I sadly wasn't picked for the trial, but this company isn't out to get money, BUT to help me save ? It's that older generation who's trying to be cool and funky to keep up with the new generation. It adds the fun back into driving. That's what being a car insurance company is about. Keep it up, and the prices down lads. Gives me a chance to use that extra dosh for a cheeky kebab. Ray. Excellent value car insurance

By Miles offers a cheaper and fairer way to pay for car insurance. It records the miles driven, via an easy to install tracker, and details the cost of each journey made. I received a refund of over £100 on my first year's insurance followed by a very competitive renewal price. It's a no brainer! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025

The couple of times I have had to speak to someone on the phone, they have been knowledgable and pleased to assist. I drive very little around town and very occasionally further afield, but the car is useful. Only paying a basic amount plus mileage driven is an innovative way to pay for car insurance. I have been with by miles for a year and I am very pleased with the service I have received. They have always been helpful and understanding when I have had any queries.
