Can't Be Beaten

At 59 years old and with several decades of driving, By Miles is without doubt the best car insurance company I have ever dealt with. As I do not drive many miles, I believe I am getting fantastic value for money by only paying for the miles I drive. It dies exactly what it does on the tin and the customer loyalty reward for renewing my policy with By Miles cannot be beaten. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Great Value, Incredible Service!!

The tracker, the app, with all the data it provides, and the customer service levels are out in a league of their own. No silly admin charges or penalties sucking extra cash out of the customer. "By Miles" - A Brilliant technology with innovative idea! Not only I'm saving on insurance cost, indirectly "By Miles" helping to improve my fitness as I tend to cycle more for short distances whilst saving on fuel, less car wear & tear & less carbon footprint. Great Company to be with.

I rarely drive my car as I live 10 minutes walk from the place I work but needed insurance that wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. I've been driving 3 years so my insurance cost has always been high, ByMiles cut that cost right down for me! I'm really impressed with the customer service and the GPS device too. It's virtually a tracker for your car, not just for the pay per mile service, for personal use too (If you forget where it's parked, or if your OBD port is in an inconspicuous place as a tracker if somebody steals the car) plus it acts as a diagnostics machine to check if your car is "Healthy" according to its CPU. All in all, I would definitely recommend to a friend and will be sticking with this company for the foreseeable. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Fair insurance (who thought there was such a thing?!)

I switched to bymiles as I loved the concept of paying for what you use! This is so much fairer way of insuring your car and I don’t see myself ever going back to conventional insurance!!
