By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I’m so happy with By Miles for me it’s very cost effective I love the app I can see where I’ve been and how much it’s cost me . The quotes I had received from other insurance companies where extremely high . Stranded in Spain

Our car was not moving at all, the battery flat, and the signal to By Miles lost. We were stranded in Spain for many months. The reaction of By Miles was most understanding and helpful. No attempt to rigidly interpret the rules. On the contrary, they showed complete flexibility in the face of there unprecedented times. I could not have been more impressed. I am simply thrilled at having ByMiles as the insurance company for my vehicles. Such a wonderful approach to car insurance, simple to sign-up, transparent monitoring of cost, capping of daily cost in case we do go on an occasional longish trip. Brilliant for my first insurance policy

As a first time driver I was finding it difficult when looking for a policy until I came across by miles. The policy was really easy to understand and when the tracker arrived it was a very simple and efficient process to install. The value for money is excellent and I am yet to be shocked with a huge bill like some insurers. My only shock is at how good for money the company actually is. 5 stars!! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Conveniently easy

By Miles Car Insurance works for me because Where ever I go I know If I use it in the Day, then once a Month I have to Pay If my Car just sits Still, then I won't have a Bill If someone steals my Car, Mr Thief u won't get Far, coz my By Miles App will know where u are. Amazing Customer Experience

By Miles is easily contactable on line. Staff are friendly and eager to help. The customer can manage their insurance needs very easily but staff our on hand by Phone,Text, messaging,or chat. services. Product is very good for lower mileage customers. One up front payment then pay by mile using a tracker plugged into Car’s diagnostic port. A great saver in recent Covid times. All in all competitive, convenient and easy to use.
