By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Easy to set up with the miles tracker and app. Good for people to use if you don't drive that much or far and if you're on a budget Not had to make a claim or call them yet so couldn't comment on that. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I have been with ByMiles for just under a year and I am so glad I found this company for my car insurance. I was hesitant at first as they are not well known but they should be as their customer service is excellent. They are fast in responding and have helped me straight away when I need advice or information. I have the By Miles app which is very useful as it gives me information such as how many miles I have driven that day, how much it has cost me, if there are any issues with my car that may need addressing and my monthly statements. I can also access my breakdown details on this app and chat to a member of staff for support. Going with By Miles is the best thing I have done and they are very reasonably priced which I can control in how often and far I drive. Fairest Insurance by far! Revolutionary!

As a young driver who doesn’t use her car much, it always seemed so unfair to pay thousands! I had even considered selling my car at one point. However upon learning about ByMiles, it really was revolutionary! Only getting charged by how much I drive us a game changer! The fact that the maximum you pay is capped daily and yearly is an added bonus. I truly believe that this is future of all car insurance and I have been recommending it to everyone I know. This is a great idea for someone like myself who only uses the car a minimal amount of miles a year and makes it very cost effective. The adapter was very easy to install and to see my monthly cost go up in pennies is great! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
