Perfect for low mileage drivers.

I was fed up of paying through the nose for car insurance for my car to sit on the drive and only be used for approx. 3k miles a year. Enter ByMiles. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the way it works and my insurance is now at least half the cost of a standard policy. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 14th July 2021

Fast, Friendly and professional

Been a tough 18 months, unemployed twice, still need a car, due to work I am applying for. Being with By Miles has helped so much, I even won, one of their competitions to put me in credit with my mileage, which was so needed. Reviewed on: 14th July 2021

So far so good

I bought the policy and it was very easy and was the cheapest I paid for an insurance in my life.. I am pleased with the insurance giving that I didn't have any accidents or dealing with them since then. I love the app that shows me where I have been driving and where I stopped, how long the journey took, etc etc.. However I thought it's bit expensive to pay by miles, but it's OK as I'm working from home now.. Never insure with this company.

No fault claim on 11th Nov. Passed back and forth between two different companies, WNSA dealt with claim, they were slow, made mistakes, did not ring me back, I was finally given a settlement letter on 19th Feb and still did not get paid until 23rd March. I had to constantly ring them and ByMiles to get this sorted. The underwriters 'Tradewise' just would not release the payment. I was unable to speak to their Financial Dept directly, apparently they all work 'Off Sure', I guess that's so no one get hold of them. Never insure with By'Miles or any other company that has 'Tradewise' as their underwriters. Absolutely diabolical service. Left a Google review and they rang me up asking how they could put things right. After asking for compensation for the long delays in settling my claim I was offered: Wait for it! LOL £300 vouchers against my future miles on my new policy, LIKE I WAS REALLY GOING TO INSURE WITH THEM AGAIN. !! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Much fairer for me

Particularly in the current climate, By Miles has saved a fortune and even in normal circumstance I would often overstate mileage on an insurance policy to be on the safe side. By Miles seems a much fairer strategy and worked out much, much cheaper for me than anything else. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Simply the best
