Before I found By Miles I was about to get rid of my car as I could not afford the insurance and I don't use my car that much. However, with Bymiles I was able to keep my car and just pay for each mile I used. It has saved me a significant amount of money. Bymiles customer service has always been fantastic, I've either got through to them quickly on the phone or their online chat and they've always been polite, helpful and efficient. Fantastic idea....live in London so hardly ever use my car...only paying insurance for the miles I drive makes so much sense..I've recommended it to all my friends

Since Lockdown car has been unused....I walk most places but like to keep car just in case.....only paying for miles I use which are so few makes perfect sense. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
