By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I've had a lot of vehicles over the years with a lot of different insurance providers. I can honestly say By Miles is better...by miles! They actually helped me insure my car just as they were closing for the day. By Miles is so far best insurance i ever had for my car. during lock-down i was worried how they will react as all cars must be at standstill but, instead By Miles provided regular updates on car maintenance and duty of care for all the customers.
