By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Flexible and Reliable

Unlike the 5 or so other insurance companies I have had over the years, By Miles offers a flexible service. I use my car at the weekends and rarely travel far from my home. This makes By Miles ideal for my car usage. I saved £400 in my first year of using By Miles. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Great insurance for social driving

ByMiles is a great way to only pay for what you use. Some months my insurance will be really cheap as I'm not using the car much, it's much easier to budget for and really easy to track with the app. The app will even show you whether you car has an error codes currently showing. I’m beyond amazed that such a great policy exists. Thanks a lot!! I’m not less than half of Annual Premium than I’ve been paying previously. Well chuffed.
