I have been a customer with Credit Union fir the last 25 years. Saving and borrowing. Loans are granted quickly and you are advised of all the rules and regs to ensure you have all the information you need. Customer service is excellent and staff extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Fantastic Service Fantastic staff!

When my partner and Ineeded a loan quickly. Capital Credit Union were there for us. The process was quick and easy and sorted within 7 working days. Great support from start to ongoing

I was helped in the whole process of applying to receiving the loan, and in an efficient period of time too. Because of the support I received after the loan was approved I feel confident I will get the help I need when I call - and there's not a long wait for someone to answer either! Banking Made Easy at Capital Credit Union

I’ve been a member of Capital Credit Union for several years now, and my experience has been consistently positive. From the start, I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were—whether I was opening an account, applying for a loan, or just asking questions. Their online banking system is user-friendly and makes managing my finances really convenient. I’ve also taken out an auto loan through them, and the process was smooth with competitive rates. What stands out most is how they treat me like a person, not just an account number. They really make an effort to support the local community, too, which I value.
