Excellent service

Previous just finished a loan with capital credit union well what can I say amazing experience start to finish. I currently do savings via my wages and what an amazing way to save and you don’t even notice it coming off I’ve saved loads. Can access my account for both loans and savings which is great that I can access and see whenever. Loans well amazing staff were fab and spoke me through the process of my application and my the end of it no more that 15 minutes max my decision was given and money was paid in my bank with few days. Opportunities given to ask questions and always available to contact via app or phone would highly recommend and would look t do this again in the future. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Fantastic customer service staff

I was struggling financially, and was unsure what help I could get to pay off a credit card bill and sort out some other financial needs. The process with the team was super easy from start to finish, much easier than the loan I acquired through my bank before. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and very helpful throughout the application process.
