I have been with capital credit union for some time...

I have been with capital credit union for some time now and they have always been amazing with myself the customer service is the best. Anytime I have applied for a loan it's been dealt with quickly and the application process was down smoothly. Excellent service

Previous just finished a loan with capital credit union well what can I say amazing experience start to finish. I currently do savings via my wages and what an amazing way to save and you don’t even notice it coming off I’ve saved loads. Can access my account for both loans and savings which is great that I can access and see whenever. Loans well amazing staff were fab and spoke me through the process of my application and my the end of it no more that 15 minutes max my decision was given and money was paid in my bank with few days. Opportunities given to ask questions and always available to contact via app or phone would highly recommend and would look t do this again in the future. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
