Amazing staff

When I lost my job unexpectedly a couple of years ago and had an outstanding loan amount, the staff were brilliant. They helped me set up an affordable amount each month and alleviated one problem for me. At all times, any staff member I spoke to was helpful, non judgemental and just lovely. Customer Focus

Whether I have attended in person, called by phone, or contacted the Credit Union on line, my loan requests have been processed quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate the flexible ways in which the monies can be paid out. I have always found the staff to be helpful and informative. I have no reservations in recommending Capital Credit Union. Happy member!!!

Been a member since I started working for over 30 years ago. I love the flexibility to save when I want and always been great when I need a loan too. Its so convenient to save and borrow at the same time.Also love the surprise when my statement comes in and I see what I have still saved. Excellent customer service

To get a loan and save at the same time is fantastic. You pay off your loan and you have savings at the end there is nothing better. No other company does this so I would thoroughly recommend Capital Credit Union. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2021
