Staff that go the extra mile to help

Needed an unexpected loan and the staff at CCU went out of their way to make sure I got it. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

Fantastic and helpful

I was struggling last year as an unexpected bill arrised I didn't know what to do . I save through work with the credit union . I gave them a call and as greeted kindly I spoke about what was happening for me , they took me through a few options eventually they informed me that I was able to take a loan against my savings where I was paying it back and saving at the same time. it was a very low repay rate and it was amazing that capital credit union could help. No nonsense Jargon

A great company with competitive rates. Staff are down to earth, everything explained regarding your loan. The term the rate how you can clear your loan early and the loan interest is calculated daily . The loans are done by Loan advisors and not assessed electronically. Would recommend. Healthy help

I've recommended Capital Credit Union to all 3 of my daughters. It helped them: to by the first car (the oldest), to buy a house (the middle one) and to pay the university fee in London (the youngest one). They are greatful and now recommend CCU to their friends. Why? Because 10 years ago, when I have tried to deal with ugly divorce, bancruptcy and psychological hell, CCU people helped me to build my new strenght, something I will never forget. Great loan service
