Perfect Card

I got a credit card just to boost my credit score so I use it every now and again and it's so easy to pay off, just use my thumb print then click pay full balance and enter my debit card's security code - couldn't ask for more! Reviewed on: 16th April 2019

Lousy customer service

Applied for a credit card, plain NO came back, no explanation despite good credit history. Reviewed on: 15th April 2019

Excellent Anti-Fraud

Capital One spotted fraudulent activity on my card that I hadn't picked up. They were proactive about it and phoned me instantly. They refunded me the amount and cancelled my card. Outstanding service Reviewed on: 15th April 2019

High interest rates

I used my card by mistake - it's the same colour as my debit card - and it took me over my card limit. The card didn't get rejected and I got charged for going over my limit. Odd that it wasn't just rejected Reviewed on: 13th January 2019
