Good until you make a claim

I have been a customer for over 10 years, and have always been satisfied with the price and service. I made my first claim on 050924 and was told it would be processed in 5 days, I haven't heard a thing, I emailed on 250924 with no reply and called 2 weeks ago and was told my claim would be 'accelerated'. I will go elsewhere at next renewal. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024
