Changing caravan. Not a problem, sir.

Changed caravan recently and needed to change the policy. Not a problem for the consultant. So polite and helpful. I have hearing difficulties, and was politely told that it was not an issue and just to mention if there was something I didn’t understand or hear properly. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2024

Caravan Guard Insurance is clear and comprehensive

Caravan Guard Insurance is very clear from the very start. They explain everything that needs covering without going into the lesser important parts of cover. These are not missed out though. We have found no set backs although we haven’t had to make a claim as yet so don’t know if they will replace new for old as that is the policy we have. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2024

Excellent service!

We had an issue last year where our caravan had to be repatriated back to the uk. Caravan guard were so supportive in checking in on us and allowing our caravan to still be covered while we were not with it. Called every few weeks to see if it was gone yet but in a kind way.
