Rip off.

2 weeks into a policy which was classed as free due to buying from one of their recognised dealers. I Decided to move our van from home to a platinum storeage site. End result £15 charge for change of details. Total rip off, I will be looking else where in father for my insurance. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Friendly, professional and excellent

I needed to check something on our insurance prior to renewing and as always, the phone was answered quickly and professionally. Every time I've spoken to a Caravan Guard operative, they are always friendly and helpful, taking time to make you aware of the implications of any change and providing, quickly, alternative prices if you want to compare the cost of the alternative change. The fact you can contact Caravan Guard after normal working hours and speak to an actual person quickly puts them heads above many other companies. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025

Friendly proactive service

When our insurance was due for renewal I missed the email. Caravan Guard were great at calling me and reminding me about it. Also my premium went down year on year. That's all I have to say but apparently these reviews have to be more than 200 characters so I've added this last sentence just to pad it out. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
