Vert flexible with amendments and competitive pricing for us a s a newbie

We found caravan guard to be very responsive to questions and were competitive for our cover. Any amendment we have asked for they make quickly and with minimum fuss. Would recommend so far - we haven't thankfully had to claim under the policy yet - so no experience to comment on here. Reviewed on: 30th July 2023

I have been with Caravan-Guard for some time now, I find the company very easy to deal with and even if I did find somebody cheaper I would probably still stay. Over the years I have looked at alternatives but really don't think there is another company that is any better value for money, I also find the emailed magazine very useful and entertaining. Luckily never needed to claim but from all the reviews I’ve read Caravan Guard make claiming hassle free. Dealing with renewals and other things is always very easy and very pleasant to do. The monthly online magazine is also very readable with up to the moment articles. Personally I wouldn’t go with any other insurer. Reviewed on: 30th July 2023
