We have been insured with Caravanguard for a number of years and found their service and pricing excellent. After a slight accident we received excellent support and aftercare. A true test of an insurance company is when you have to make a claim with them. Having been in the unfortunate situation where this had to be done, I can gladly report back that the experience was a breeze with Caravan Guard, who are competent and knowledgable in their field. Telephone support and renewals is always a pleasant experience as their call handlers consistently inject the right balance of personality and professionalism. Caravan Insurance - Pain or Pleasure

Most insurance products are a heady mix of pleasure and pain - pleasure at receiving a cheaper quote, usually at the expense of poor customer service. Caravan Guard has been my 'Insurer of Choice' for over 18 years. In that period I had to make a claim for quite a large sum. It was dealt with effectively, sympathetically and professionally. I would highly recommend caravan guard. The cover is exceptionall value for money. Staff very polite and helpful as this was our first touring caravan they made the whole process easy to understand and nothing was too much trouble.
