Very efficient organisation

Fortunately I have not had to use all the services provided by Caravan Guard ( thankfully) but they do give me great piece of mind should the unexpected occur. There is never any pressure to re-new my policy, but am provided by timely and informative reminders when the time is due. The staff have always time to discuss my personal needs and requirements, are very patient and understanding to achieve the cover I want, not what they have to offer. This makes me feel that should I have to deal with the unexpected that I would get a compassionate and speedy response, at a time it would be most needed. Reviewed on: 21st July 2023
