Service and Reliability

Insurance is one of those things that you can almost resent buying until you need it. Caravan Guard came up trumps when a French driver hit my 'van (in France) and, after we had limped home, dealt with all 'the necessaries' with a rather expensive rebuild. Good insurers

First class service

Customer service was Excellent when I had a query taking out the insurance. Also yearly premium was £150 cheaper than Caravan Club last year and over £200 cheaper than Caravan Club this year. Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

Excellent peace of mind service from Caravan Guard

Aside from the easy, straightforward means of renewing policies etc. Caravan Guard really came to our rescue when our caravan burnt down to the ground, (along with around a hundred other caravans and Motorhomes) whilst in our local gold rated storage compound. The Caravan Guard rep met us the next day and promised us a full new for old payout, which we received within a couple of weeks. Simply the best

I’ve been with caravan guard for for quite a few years now and the price has always been very reasonable unlike some companies who increase there fees and you then have to speak to them to get a better deal. With caravan guard you don’t feel that you are being “ripped off “ I have recommended them to some friends who have changed from there usual insurance company to caravan guard. Great cover at great prices
