Peace of mind

They did ok

Had a fire in my caravan ( electric fault). I was insured “New for Old” however insurance believed they could repair it at less cost than a new caravan! As a result I was offered old caravan back repaired or a part exchange value to put towards a new caravan! I felt this was very unfair. But they did pay out an agreed amount but not New for Old!
