We've had insurance with caravan guard for a while but didn't need their claim services until recently. The initial phone call from myself was immediately following the accident, call handler was reassuring and a calming influence. Caravan guard is very honest and helpful they even raised the value of my caravan when prices rose which I would probably not have even thought about until I’d needed to claim. The prices are good value and they are always helpful and at the end of the phone Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
