Easy to deal with, competitive prices. The staff on the phone know what they are talking about and give good advice (unlike some others). It isn’t necessary to use the internet. After several years of dealing with Caravan Guard they are the best. I wish that utility companies and broadband providers could learn from them how to conduct their businesses.
