The "human touch"

I once had a caravan stolen and had to make a claim. The person I dealt with at Caravan Guard was so helpful and understood just how upsetting it was to have not only our caravan stolen but also all the little things inside it we had collected, this made the experience a bit easier and I really appreciated the human touch. Strongly recommended, always courteous and efficient.

I've been with caravan Guard for over 20 years and have never had cause for concern or complaint. My major contact due to major damage to my caravan due to storm damage; it was dealt with efficiently, quickly, with understanding and assistance.
