We had our car written off in an accident in Holland...

We had our car written off in an accident in Holland, the A frame of the caravan was also damaged. The claims department stepped in & gave us instructions. Go to the nearest airport, purchase flights home, book a hotel for your over night.The van was picked up by recovery company with in 20 minutes, and we were home the following morning. Caravan delivered 7 day's after we arrived home to our service centre where we bought the van in Northern Ireland. Money's in relation to alternative travel, refunded within 10 day's. Absolutely outstanding service. Took the pressure off us with a sudden end to a european holiday. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
