Excellent Customer Service and free 2 week cover

The free 2 weeks insurance offer they give for you to purchase your Motorhome and get it home then allow you to reflect and determine to continue with Caravan Guard is an excellent idea. It allowed me time to determine if the insurance I wanted to continue with such as cover level and of what I believed I needed prior to Motorhome purchase was correct or not. There customer service prior and then during the 2 weeks ready for starting the year cover was excellent. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service who are always polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their insurance products. Good value Motorhome insurance which includes breakdown cover that other companies charge quite a bit extra for. Also Caravan Guard are one of only a few companies that insure my motorhome to tow a car. Brilliant! The other thing I find great are Caravan Guards emails informing you about new products and new motorhomes. Best of all their "tips and tricks" to get the best out of your motorhome/caravan. I've been fortunate not to have to use their insurance for claims so I can't comment on that side. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025
