This is our second year with Caravan Guard. Why did we renew. Because it's all there set out in the insurance, And you can have a paper copy. Much needed when away from home in a poor signal area. And the customer service team are REAL people. Yeah thank you Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

Very limited at the moment. All I've done is taken out a policy. It is great value for money but until I have a claim or an issue to sort, I am not in a position to genuinely rate customer service or the claims process. They were nice to deal with and my son in law highly recommended you. Fingers crossed if I need you, you are there for me. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025
