First class spot on.

Whenever you call the phones are answered very quickly with a clear calm and pleasant manner. You always get the name of the person you are dealing with and they do everything possible to ensure that it is a stress free and cheerful conversation. You are never pushed and everything is explained in an easy to understand manner and you are given time to make your decision. I have been with Caravan guard for 2 years now and I can quite honestly say that they are excellent at what the do and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs good honest insurance.
