Easy and quick to arrange over the phone, very helpful team AND the best price!

Having had the worst experience with a well known broker last year, with endless questions and checks I'd never been asked before, many of which were totally irrelevant to insurance, but felt more like information harvesting, I knew I wouldn't go back. I was requested to upload various documents to a complicated and protracted login page, which a lot of people my age would struggle to negotiate. I even wondered if the insurance laws had changed to fit in with the new world, net zero agenda for processing people, with an aim to put them off using vehicles. Technology doesn't usually faze me, but with endless emails asking me to upload this or that, I'm not even sure I completed everything properly. After that experience I was prepared to pay more for a simpler process, friendly staff and minimal hassle. Having looked online for quotes and receiving ridiculous prices as I've upgraded to a newer van I wondered if it's all worth it, but my call to Caravan Guard brought a very simple process, only insurance related questions, extremely helpful, patient and cheerful staff who made useful suggestions without the feeling of being pressured. The quote came back 70% cheaper than the crazy online prices and a lovely bonus surprise was that it included the extras that I usually refuse to try and keep the price down. Sounds cheesy I know, but I was genuinely elated to have it sorted so easily (and no, I don't work for or know the company). Last year I'd started to wonder if I'm just getting old, or the world has turned ridiculously complicated and robotic. Speaking with a real and very friendly person, with clear English language skills was a refreshing experience. I doubt I will even spend ages shopping around next year if the price stays reasonable.
