Excellent service

Caravan Guard offer an excellent service and great value for money with very competitive premiums. Whenever I call to ask a question or renew the policy, the phone is answered promptly by someone who is always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When I do business with a company it’s important to me to speak to a capable and helpful person instead of having a keyboard conversation with an algorithm, as often happens with other companies. My vehicle dealer gave me a year’s free insurance with Caravan Guard and they’re so easy to deal with that I’ve stayed with them and haven’t looked elsewhere. Reviewed on: 30th July 2023
