Money saved

On changing our storage venue we notified our insurance company who promptly replied to say we would be receiving a refund on our policy due to better facilities.A win win situation as we saved by changing venues and on our policy! Reviewed on: 26th July 2022

Competitively priced, friendly, with Breakdown System that works

Been with Caravan Guard 17 years, now into my 3rd Motorhome, have always found Caravan Guard’s customer services to be friendly and efficient offering competitive rates inclusive of Breakdown Cover, have used this service twice for tyre blowouts on Motorways and on both occasions was dealt with swiftly and sympathetically. First choice for Motorhome insurance

I was recommended to Caravan Guard when I purchased my camper. I contacted them, they were friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Mine is a commercial conversion of a panel van, so I expected to have to describe it, but their database covered it and approved it. In fact they double checked the name of the company that did the conversion because there was another one with a very similar name that they would not insure! That to me shows they have done the homework! I am fortunate that I haven't had to use the insurance yet, but am told they settle most claims with minimal fuss! Reviewed on: 26th July 2022
