Very helpful and lovely staff x

I needed money and I was on lockdown and I phoned up and explained to one of the staff and she said no problem we can transfer it to your bank for you and that was very helpful to me as I said the staff are so helpful which is what you need if you can’t get out and you know there is a friendly voice at the end of the phone. I would have been homeless with 4 Daughters in a Women's Refuge without these lovely people.
