Ive had a few unexpected financial issues in the past and every time I go straight to Central credit union who always give excellent advice and help, they are my go to people if I need a loan or advice as the repayment plan is built around my financial situation at the time and is in my bank within days. No help at all and quite rude.

I needed to top up my loan a week early as I was desperate for a washing machine. I first sent an email which was ignored. I enquired and received an email back which just as always read extremely rude. No apologies but we must wait or any way around it just to help a good customer. Just no your loan is due when it’s due and that’s that basically. I just think their written correspondence could do with some training in how to speak to people. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
