I’ve been with the credit union since I was 18 and they’ve done nothing but help me save along the way and also borrow where needed. They’re always there to help with any questions I have and always answer informatively and as promptly as possible, unbelievable service have already recommended to family who have signed up and would recommend it to any one else! They’re very person centred, all staff are very friendly on calls and are always ready to try their best to fit in or work around any needs you have, they’re always available and never wait too long for a response and every service is fast and efficient. They go above and beyond and they have excellent value for money wether it be savings or loans, they make the process very easy to understand and give multiple options of repayment that make it so simple, would absolutely recommend to anyone! Saving with Central Credit Union is easy!

I save £20 each month through direct debit. It's so easy I don't even have to think about it. It might not be a large amount to some but it adds up quickly. Because the process is simple it's easy to forget you're saving money, and it's a nice surprise when you check your balance and see how much has built up over time. Reviewed on: 17th April 2024
