Excellent account

Never had any trouble with the account in any aspect , it’s easy to transfer money between accounts or even to different bank accounts. Can’t say about customer services as I’ve never had to call with a problem. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

Started out not knowing how to find answers to my queries but after spoken to customer service in person,the explanations given and correct procedures followed then all came into places, excellent service always available when enquired especially twice when my mastercard a/c were scammed ,reported ,no shouting match...just promptly refunded after internally investigated !!! chase is a great bank.

chase is a great bank. i have been with them for over a year and have no problems with them. the app is easy to use and i love that i get no fees when travelling abroad as I am out the country alot and rely heavily on my debit card for purchases. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

The only account where you can speak to an actual PERSON in customer service 24 hrs a day. The app is easy to set up and use plus the Current account has many features. With its associated saver that you can add up to TEN other savers enabling you to compartmentalise your money into different pots.As if that wasn't enough you can also add up to TEN Current accounts to separate spending , that's TWENTY accounts all in one easy to use place.And don't get me started on the cashback feature. , this Current account is truly amazing.
