Chase bank is the easiest bank to use, everything from the app to the customer service is amazing. If you need anything chase will help. The app is easy to use and you can open a savings/current account pot in seconds to split your savings so you can achieve your goals quicker and easier. The card is a great contemporary design and is stylish. They have great interest rights for current accounts and savings accounts considering that you can access them anytime. Professional and Helpful

I have been with Chase for some time now. In January 2025 I had money withdrawn unsolicited from my account, I immediately got in touch with Chase, a specialist sorted everything without any hassle, arrange a new account, and had my money refunded. The communication, even with the chatbot was first class and transfer to a specialist was done as soon as the conversation became too much for the bot to answer. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
