Customer Service with someone to speak to

Chase has excellent customer service and joy of joys a real person to speak to… even though it’s a digital bank. The app is intuitive and very easy to use. The only bank that makes me feel like I want to stay with them. The customer service is great and I feel that instead of focusing on having too many products, they put effort into making sure that the products they do offer are the highest standard and are the best value for money. Incredibly User Friendly
