Whenever I have an issue they resolve it.

Whenever I have an issue they resolve it. Including a charge back for an item bought online that a business would not refund. Other smaller issues they resolve every time. Only drawback of Chase is limited accounts (no joint account) and you can’t pay cheques in via the app whereas most other banks you can. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Since moving to Chase, banking has never been easier both with my current account but with my savings account too. The heritage of the company makes them stronger in the competitive banking market in my option and have not had one regret moving from the traditional high street bank to better online banking.
