I love the accessibility of the Chase banking app and the additional functions of rounding up spending up and interest rates based on an amount of spending on the debit card. Amazing user experience for the products they provide.

Amazing user experience for the products they provide. The Chase service is all based around the app and as you can imagine the app is easy to use, clear and seamless. Transactions and notifications are immediate meaning you have full control over your account. Its refreshing and old bricks and mortar banks have a lot to learn, particularly when making payments and the delays they "artificially" build in for their financial benefit! Efficient online Customer service!

Customer service via online chat with real people is quick within less than 3 mins. Resolve problem at the back even accidentally close the chat box, I do not have to re type or re engage a new customer service. It saves my time and stress. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
