Splendid, with regards to account onboarding to activation and subsequent usage of their financial services it is a total quality package as there is absolutely no need to worry because once you commence with CHASE BANK you just need to sit back and relax to get served diligently without CHASING the bank. User friendly app for all generations.

The customer service isn’t always instant if I’ve had a question. But has always been resolved to my satisfaction. The actual app is user friendly, I’m of an older generation so not that tech savvy but I have found it easy to use. I really like the round up & 1% interest in my current account. I also have it set up as my Apple Pay account a this has worked well with shopping online. I have recommended Chase bank account to a lot of friends & family already. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

As a dyslexic person that finds admin and banking challenging it was fabulous to have a bank that was simple to sign up to. Then when it arrived easy to navigate. Also another feature for people like me with dyslexia is it is reassuring to know that the Chase sends you an update of spending straight away. Whats more it has large fonds which is easier to read than other banks . Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
