I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Chase is a bank I can trust.

Chase is a bank I can trust. The customer service is excellent, they resolve my queries quickly and politely. I am able to speak to a real person easily, with no stress conversing back and forth with AI. Cash back and round up options are an added bonus, both of which I have made great use of.
