I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Reliable app and customer service

I have always found Chase's customer service team to be helpful, responsive and effective at resolving any queries I have, whenever I contact them. The app is easy to use, intuitive and reliable. It doesn't seem to suffer outages like some other banks' apps. I like the cashback available, even though this is no longer as generous as it once was. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Chase has a reliable, easy to use app. The 1% cashback on purchases all add up. When we needed help with a cloned transaction they were quick to respond and dealt with the issue quickly - they even followed the message up with an unexpected thanks for being a customer for as long as we have!
