Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Chase bank is exemplary

I could not be happier with my Chase current account. There has not been one hiccup or mistake since I joined the bank almost 4 years ago. The customer service and support from the helpdesk is outstanding. Any contact I have made, both from abroad and at home, has been responded to straight away with helpful and accurate information that resolved the query. The online banking app is so quick and easy to use, far easier than others I have experienced. You are not bombarded with emails from Chase, when you do receive one it contains important and helpful information. Cannot say enough good things about Chase! Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
