I've been using Chase current account for some time and fine it very easy to use with the added benefit of getting cash back on spending. Also transfer requests are very quick where some bank wait until the next day. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

I wanted a quick and simple online bank account, which was separate from my main account. So I could manage my spending. The registering process was simple. Over time that I have been using my Chase account I have been impressed by the simplicity and security of it that I chose to open a savings account. I am now considering, investments with Chase.... I am kept up to date with items that relates to me, not bombarded by marketing emails. I receive interest on my current account and a better than average interest rate on my savings. I have loved being a part of chase bank. I love the cash back and the ability to do round up! I've saved a lot of money doing this. Also, the staff on chat are really friendly and easy to understand. When I needed to change my name they did so quickly and kept in communication with me. The banking app is easy to use and money transfers quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Great bank account

I like the 1% cash back on most of my spending and the linked round-up savings. I also found it useful to have free overseas spending while on holiday. There have been very few problems with my bank account so I have rarely contacted the customer service team, but when I did they were well informed and happy to explain things and deal with issues quickly.
