Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Luckiest customer

I’ve genuinely had such a positive experience with Chase. From day one, the app has been incredibly intuitive, clean and easy to navigate — everything just works exactly as it should. What really stands out is the transparency. No hidden surprises, clear breakdowns of spending, and the cashback feature is actually rewarding rather than gimmicky. It feels like a bank that’s built around how people actually manage their money today. Customer service has also been excellent whenever I’ve needed support — quick responses, helpful explanations and no unnecessary back-and-forth. The savings rates are competitive, the security features give real peace of mind, and overall it just feels modern and efficient.
