Never knew chasing could be so easy

Best experience so far!

I've been a Chase customer for a year and it's been by far the best banking experience I've had in the last 15 years - rewards are better than anywhere else and customer service is second to none. They really helped me out last summer when I needed something urgently and went above and beyond to turn it around within 24 hours while my "traditional" bank needed 3-5 working days and to send me a physical letter... So easy to use

Best banking experience

Easy to start an account, good security features, easy online banking and customer support and now even integrated with Investment (Nutmeg). For someone who was very wary of any form of banking, Chase has made me a convert and interested in taking an active part in my financial planning.
