I love Chase. They’re fantastic for daily spending. I love the cashback offer, the savings rates, the round up feature and the integration with Nutmeg. Customer service is also beyond great via phone and chat. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Best bank app

Excellent app and competitive product. It's clear that previously they were focusing on customer acquisition so had very attractive offers - which are now less attractive, but still one of hte best in the market. Exceptional app - everything is intuitive and you can do anything. However, I would really have appreciated a web app as well, as many of us prefer to manage money on computer instead of mobile screens. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
