Reliable, Performant and Convenient Digital Banking. As an early adopter, right from signing up for an account on mobile to finishing the setup and having an account ready for use in less than 5 minutes was amazing. UI is slick and user-friendly. All very tempting till you need support because they have declined a payment

There is not enough room here to express how dreadful this company is. On 3 separate occasions in the last year, a transaction which should have gone through, didn't and despite contacting customer services many times using the app messaging and phone button, Chase bank are incapable of returning money to your account when it was their fault in the first place. I would 100% NOT recommend Chase or any other bank associated with it. They still owe me money and that is after I had to make a complaint to the CEO. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN CHASE BANK. Chase is excellent

I’ve had a Chase current account for just over a year and I think its great! There are some good incentives to using Chase, the cashback offer on all everyday spending as well as interest on round ups. I have also got a savings account which offers a good amount of interest. The app is fantastic and really easy to move money around various pots and accounts. Their in-app support team is also very responsive and helpful. I’m really liking Chase! Excellent notifications

I have been using this for 10 months and is my account of choice for everyday spending; on line and in shops with the debit card. I really like having to approve some online payments, and it is very comforting that all payments are immediately notified, so any stealing of the details would immediately show up.
