Great app

I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Happy customer

Great to use in the UK and abroad for spending and cash withdrawals with good exchange rates. Cashback is a bonus, although as that will be changing in April, not so sure it will be as good. Anytime I have needed to contact customer services they have been responsive and helpful. Overall a good product. App is easy to use and I like that additional notes can be added to transfers for a memory jog. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Chase Bank is great

I've been using the Chase UK current account for a while now, and I must say, it’s been excellent. The mobile app is incredibly intuitive, making it effortless to manage my finances on the go. The 1% cashback on everyday spending is a fantastic perk, and the round-up savings feature is a great way to build up savings without even thinking about it. I also really appreciate the top-notch customer service – responses are always prompt and helpful. The fact that there are no fees on foreign transactions is a huge bonus, especially for travel. Overall, Chase UK provides a seamless and rewarding banking experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and reliable current account. Reviewed on: 9th March 2025
